1. How Our Fulfillment Process Works

Chris & Melissa Sydney operates using a direct supplier fulfillment model. To reduce unnecessary waste and minimize our environmental impact, we do not maintain large local inventories. Certain products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners and suppliers, including suppliers located in China.

As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to the designated international return address provided by our supplier.

Customers should always contact us first before sending any item back.

2. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting:

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items should generally meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition;
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must still be attached where applicable;

  • Promotional or discounted items may only qualify for refunds where required by applicable law or where a valid issue exists;
  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the primary purpose of returning part of the order may be subject to additional review;
  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, earrings, and similar personal items, unless they remain unopened, unused, and legally eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these reasonable conditions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by an error on our part or by a defective product, customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, import fees, or related charges;
  • Ensuring the package reaches the designated return destination.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items that cannot be verified as returned.

Responsibility for the return shipment remains with the customer until the package has been successfully delivered to the approved return address.

6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Once the return has been approved, refunds will generally be issued within 14 days through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law or due to an error on our part, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

9. Delivery Responsibility and Liability

Chris & Melissa Sydney is not responsible for packages that have been marked as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
